Its wonderful when you love what you do for work. It’s a privilege for me to help you create your wonderful special events celebrating life from birth right up to the end of life.
I have served 100’s of local families to give their loved ones a fitting tribute and end of life celebration.
I know how difficult it is to lose loved ones as I lost 9 personal contacts last year including my own Mum.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning more about them too. For me the key to a successful ceremony is creating the right relationship with you from the start. My clients say I’m easy to deal with too!

No matter what ceremony you require, I will help you. We can include readings, poetry, spiritual ritual elements and music into your ceremony. You no longer need to have a formal religious or structured event, now you can now totally personalise your ceremony. If you want Led Zepplin and the Lords my shepherd, that’s fine with me!
If you wish to pay tribute and speak at any funeral I activity encourage family and friends to do so as long as they are able and we have time.
Career
My earlier working background was in key account management, training and laterly holistic coaching and mentoring so I am well versed in talking and listening so I can create the perfect ceremony that meets exactly what you would like on the day.
With a highly qualified skill set in communication and people skills you are in safe and understanding hands. I’m comfortable speaking with people whether one to one or an audience. I promise to get your key messages across once we have establised all the important bits that are personal to you.
I hold a Certificate in both Wedding and Funeral Celebrancy from a recognised accredited training organisation. As an independent celebrant in Leicestershire I work with all key funeral directors.
Outside of work
I love to dance salsa and bachata, travel on cruises and am an avid learner. I am a soulful spiritual person though not that religious, however I am happy to include religious content in my ceremonies if you wish.
I also run a mentoring business for those afraid of public speaking.
Location
I am based in a lovely rural village in South Leicestershire. but was born and bred in Birmingham, though you can hardly hear the accent thesedays!
I’ve lived in Leicestershire for over 25 years and built my reputation as a reliable, well respected celebrant. I’m available to conduct ceremonies locally within a 30 mile radius of home and can cover further afield across the Midlands with prior notice and agreement.
